We're using ArcView 3.x on a Windows2000 Server. It's not the most stable system but it's powerful enough for us. Our users basically do all of their work using desktop GIS. The servers are only used for backups and some reports. I'm looking to migrate the lab to ArcGIS. I've successfully installed ArcGIS Server for Windows 2003 and ArcGIS Server for Windows 2000 but I'm having issues accessing the license manager with the Windows2003 Server. Although I can get to the license manager, I get no response when I try to open it.
