I recently upgraded to the Cisco BBR Series 3 firewall from a Cisco router and I had to reinstall the OS and complete the \"overhaul\" process as it is a Cisco device. At one point during the upgrade, I received an error message that said I had an \"unresolved dependency\" issue. I tried running the Installer but it would not accomplish anything. So I immediately tried to run the troubleshooter and it started to run and state the results. While it was running, I received an email that said the install had failed and I needed to \"check this page\" and click on the link. When I did so, I was directed to http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/downloads/ios-installation-upgrade-router-400211-downloads-191.html which had the following instructions:
